Evergreen Park & Recreation District (EPRD) presents the 1st annual Stand Up Paddleboard Race on Evergreen Lake on Saturday, July 15, 2017, from 7-9 AM.
Age Divisions
Competitors will compete in four coed age divisions:
- Adult 18-39 - $40 registration
- Adult 40-59 - $40 registration
- Senior 60 and up - $40 registration
- Youth 13-17 - $25 registration
Race Course
Competitors will take loops around the 40-acre lake, with youth traveling 250 yards, adults 1,000 yards and seniors 750 yards. All competitors must be standing; no kneeling. All competitors must wear personal flotation devices.

Prizes
There will be a trophy for the 1st - 3rd place winners in each division.
Boards
Paddleboards will be supplied by EPRD. Private boards will not be allowed.

About Evergreen Lake
Evergreen Lake is a 40-acre lake in the mountain community of Evergreen, CO, located about half an hour from Denver. It is owned by the City and County of Denver and managed by Evergreen Park & Recreation District. EPRD operates a boating concession in the summer and an ice skating rink in the winter on the world's largest Zamboni-groomed outdoor rink.
