Kristen has traveled all over the world and has learned many styles of yoga. Ashtanga is her favorite style which originated in Mysore, India. She will be slowly teaching the Primary Series with attention to alignment and modifications.
These will be taught in 4 sessions over 4 weeks, each session 90 minutes. There are two days to choose from.
