What it means to feel great and how to achieve that is different for each individual. In this interactive, two-part series, we will explore together the role and quality of food (tastings included of course!), movement, sleep, resilience, and connectedness in our lives.
Lauren Grossman received a master’s in Health Policy and Management from the Harvard School of Public Health and had an administrative fellowship at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston. At 30, she started medical school at Mount Sinai in NYC, completing her last year at Hadassah Medical Center in Jerusalem.
