December Quilt Making Event (2 sessions)

Handmade at The Farmhouse is now offering quilt making on select Saturdays.

 

**Most skill levels welcome, ages 10+ is recommended.**

 

Two Sessions: December 2nd & December 16th at your scheduled time (Start times are 11am, Noon, and 1pm).

 

Learn quilt making basics and have fun. Choose from a variety of precut and arranged fabrics that are ready to sew. We will have a sewing machine available, you are also welcome to bring your own. At the conclusion of the second session you will have a gorgeous six square quilt topper that is approximately 40 x 28 inches, perfect size for a lap quilt or baby blanket.

 

We will schedule another class, if you want to learn how to finish your quilt with a backer and batting.

About the Instructor: Martha (my Mom) has been sewing since she was 6, she’s taught many people how to sew including me. She has also lead/ organized several charity quilting groups. You will have a successful quilting experience.
