On October 6th, Sue Wise CMS-CHt will offer a free presentation on hypnotherapy and hypnosis as an effective process of self-transformation. For thousands of years hypnosis and other meditative practices have empowered people to make positive changes. Participants will learn how to use self- hypnosis and simple techniques of hypnotherapy to improve their lives. The presentation will be held on Monday October 6th, 2014 from 6:00-7:30 pm at the Evergreen Library, 5000 County Road 73, Evergreen, CO. Seating is limited.
