Halloween Costume Swap

Let's make Halloween fun, affordable and sustainable!  Drop off clean, gently used children's costumes at the Evergreen Library throughout September.  Then, come back Saturday Oct 4 or Sunday, Oct 5 to choose a new-to-you costume, make a craft and have some festive fun.  Costumes are available on a first-come basis while supplies last
