4- 75 min group sessions, once a week. Includes the Satori Living Manual and Satori Yoga DVD. Group coaching is about clients coming together as a group and going through a condensed version of an individual session. This is a unique way of experiencing Satori Coaching because you have others going through it with you. Another benefit of doing it this way is that you get an enormous amount of info for such a great price!
