Let's go on a flavor adventure to the cuisine of Northern India, on July 17th from 5pm to 8pm at Cactus Jack's saloon and Grill in Evergreen. Archna Becker from Bhojanic will be hosting a fun cooking class on a couple of favorite Indian appetizers and masala chai followed by an evening of curated bites and a signature cocktail or mocktail. Chamber member Devika Kamboh from Sohum Financial Planning LLC will be donating $5 for every ticket purchased (on the first 100 tickets bought) to support a local non profit. Ticket price of $75 includes a welcome cocktail/ mocktail, the 40 minute cooking class and an assortment of meats and vegetables cooked tandoori style (tandoor is an Indian BBQ clay oven) that you will enjoy through this evening. The delicious menu includes Samosas, tandoori chicken & shrimp, beef kababs, yogurt raita, assorted veggies, naan bread & gulab jamun dessert. Let the party begin!
