Join Mountain Area Land Trust on a scenic hike to learn the history of how Beaver Brook Watershed was conserved. You’ll enjoy the beauty and find hidden treasures along the way! Upper Beaver Brook Watershed: Approximately 2.8 – 3.1 miles (loop) Terrain: Class one moderate hiking, on a designated trail. Level or ascending, to what extent ascending: The 2.8 – 3.1-mile loop contains approximately 500 – 800 feet of elevation gain/loss. When taken the standard route, most of the ascending (elevation gain) come in the last 0.5 – 0.65 miles of the loop. Number of rest breaks Periodic rest breaks. No Restroom Facilities On Route Parking: The trailhead, located at the crossroad of Witter Gulch Road & Highway 103, provides ample parking availability.
