Event Description:
Jefferson Center's health coaching services are designed to meet your needs. With 12 convenient sessions in person and over the phone, we will help you set goals and reach them. Your Coach will help you design a realistic plan that will work for your busy lifestyle and support you on your journey to a healthier you.

Eat Healthier • Lose Weight • Get Active • Lower Your Stress • Manage Your Blood Pressure • Tobacco Cessation
