Event Description:
Experience convergences between Hindu Yogic ideas and Jewish Mysticism (Kabbalah) in a special yoga service. We will be studying the chakras and the sephirot, both described as ‘energy wheels.’ Bring your own yoga mat and comfortable clothes. All levels welcome.
