Summary  The Executive Director is responsible for the congregation’s administrative, financial, and business operations in addition to supporting the congregation’s religious and membership services. This position has direct interface with rabbinic colleagues, committee chairs, congregants, prospective members and others in establishing and enhancing the spiritual community.
