We are looking for lunch servers for our beautiful spa. You'll love it! This part time position is perfect for anyone looking for minimal daytime hours in a fun, team oriented, feel-good environment in a spectacular location.
Work hours range from 10:00am to 3:00pm depending on bookings.

Essential Functions:
- Serve our hungry spa guests with joy and gratitude.
- Maintain accurate inventory of lunch services (food items, condiments, drinks, etc) as well as maintaining catering utensils and dishware.
- Understand the importance of punctuality for appointments in the spa.
- Set up tables in Quiet Room and/or on the patio according to protocol.
- Know the lunch menu, including all ingredients, dressings & spreads, and special meal request options.
- Present department concerns in a professional manner to the Catering Coordinator.
- Attend all GR/Catering department meetings.
- Attend the four scheduled All-Staff meetings throughout the year.
- Follow a schedule by serving lunches on time.
- Reinforce the Tallgrass mission and hospitality principals with every guest.
- Keep all plating consistent with guidelines set out during training.
Supportive Functions:
- Be a team player!
- Professionally represent Tallgrass Spa at all times during shifts, when on spa grounds, and when outside work related functions.
- Report inventory supplies and product needs to the Catering Coordinator and indicate on the ordering sheets for purchasing.
- During downtime between lunch services, follow any reasonable task asked of by Management. This will assist in smooth operations throughout the spa.
- Assist with training of new Catering team members.
